(A)Cover's Art Cluv project is not primarily about selling NFT art.
My proposal is to use NFT art to add a new context to contemporary art.
Contemporary art started with Marcel Duchamp.
Jasper Johns, and Andy Warhol.
Today, a succession of active genius artists such as Takashi Murakami, Yoshitomo Nara, and KAWS have emerged to form the context.
The method of contemporary art is to incorporate new values and new methodologies into art.
Marcel Duchamp incorporated ready-made products into his art and
Jasper Johns incorporated marks and symbols into his work, and
Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein have incorporated advertising into their work.
Takashi Murakami and Yoshitomo Nara incorporated characters into their work.
KAWS incorporated new methods of music, such as sampling and remixing, into his art.
In the search for new methodologies in this context, the musicality of Takashi Murakami, Yoshitomo Nara, and KAWS caught my attention.
I believe their popularity stems from their musicality.
They are paintings, but they are also sampling and remixing, which is often used in street music.
They skillfully use this methodology and incorporate it into contemporary art.
I think that is a big reason why they are popular not only with traditional art fans but also with younger people.
I am not a researcher of contemporary art, so this is just my personal opinion.
If this idea is on target, I think the new way to success for contemporary art will be a musical approach, which no one has done yet.

One day, I heard Lisa Ono's cover song "Kazarija nai no yo Namida ha" and an idea came to me.
Covering a song creates a new imagination. I thought that if I put it into art, it would become a new form of expression.
As a result, a series of works called Cover's was born.
By creating an invisible part in the work, I let the viewer imagine what is hidden in the work.
I believed that this would lead to new values, new ways of expression, and new contemporary art.
I will continue to create this idea and this art so that more people can enjoy it, and I look forward to your support.
